How to Get Access to the Online Services

In order to gain access to the online services, each member of your provider’s staff or each carer must request a login. This can be achieved electronically by Social Care Payments & System Data Team.

Once you are granted access to the online services, you will be provided with a default password. Your account will become active immediately and you should log in and change your password.
